Why I’m Running Career Development Workshops for Leaders and Business Owners

If you’ve ever felt stuck in your career - unsure what the next step should be - you’re not alone.
I’ve worked with leaders and business owners for over a decade, and one thing I’ve noticed is this: even the most successful people hit points in their careers when things feel unclear. You’ve achieved so much already, but when you pause to ask “what’s next?”, the answer isn’t always obvious.
This uncertainty can present itself in lots of different ways. For example:
Thinking about a promotion, but being unsure if it’s really the right move.
Wondering whether it’s time for a complete pivot.
Feeling stuck at a revenue ceiling, but not knowing what will shift things.
Or simply sensing that something needs to change, without yet knowing what.
These crossroads can feel frustrating, but they’re also opportunities. They’re a chance to pause, reconnect with your values and priorities, and take stock before deciding on the next chapter.
That’s why I’m running small group workshops focused on career development for leaders and business owners. The first one is on Thursday 23rd October 2025, and they’ll run once a month after that.
What to expect
This isn’t a lecture or a generic “how to” session. Instead, it’s an interactive, hands-on workshop where you’ll:
Work through practical coaching tools to clarify your values and decision-making criteria.
Reflect individually, with the option to share insights in a safe, small group (maximum 8 participants).
Leave with a follow-up handout so you can continue exploring at your own pace.
This session is designed to give you space and structure to think - with support, but without pressure.
Why small groups?
Group workshops bring a unique kind of energy. Being alongside peers who are also navigating change helps to normalise the challenges, spark ideas, and provide accountability. And because the group is capped at 8, it stays personal and supportive.

Final thoughts
As an Executive Coach, I’ve seen first-hand how valuable it is for leaders to take time out of the day-to-day to reflect and reset. My hope is that these workshops provide just enough structure, space, and support to help you take your next step with clarity and confidence.
If you’re feeling ready for change but not sure where to start, I’d love you to join me in October.
And, if you know a colleague who might benefit, please feel free to share the link.
