My background & qualifications

I hold the Guildhall Ignite Advanced Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring, accredited at Practitioner Level by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC). I’m also a qualified ADHD Coach, having done a range of training on neurodivergence and coaching, including Acceptance and Commitment Theory (ACT) for ADHD with Psychwire.com – an approach that’s particularly effective when working with neurodivergent clients. As someone who is AuDHD (autistic and ADHD), this area of coaching is important to me both personally and professionally, and I’m passionate about helping others harness their strengths. In addition, I’m an Associate Leadership Coach with Inspired HR, supporting professionals and teams to thrive through inclusive, values-led coaching.

 

As well as being a trained Executive Coach, I’m also a Flow Consultant with Genius U, and my training in this area gives me even more tools to support you. In particular, I use the Wealth Dynamics/Talent Dynamics psychometric tool to identify each individual’s zone of genius and areas for development, so you can get the best out of yourself and every member of your team.

In addition to my coaching work, I have run and managed multiple businesses, most recently working in disability-led arts, and I’ve worked in organisations of all shapes and sizes, including a university. All of this has given me varied experience of management and organisational challenges, which underpins my coaching training. I also have a particular understanding of neurodivergence, disability and difference, and how these things can impact us at work or in life.

When you work with me, you get an energetic, solution-focused, experienced change manager, strategist and Executive Coach with a broad range of experience and a passion for creativity. I am committed to diversity and inclusion and I have experience, professionally and personally, of entrepreneurship, thought leadership and change management (including redundancy procedures), as well as navigating issues such as parenthood, caregiving, divorce, bereavement, and other forms of trauma. Whatever challenges you’re facing, I can provide sensitive, practical and tailored support to help you drive things forward.

Through this association, I’m able to use The Curve ® – a piece of industry-leading software that provides a framework for realising dream-level outcomes. I’m also able to offer CPD accreditation for coaching work that has been completed.

 

Outside of work

Outside of work, I enjoy swimming in the sea, cross stitch, pub quizzes, and hanging out with my son and our cat!
